2. Welche Daten wir erheben
Bei der Nutzung der tidevo-App und der Website tidevo.app werden folgende Daten verarbeitet:
- Registrierungsdaten: E-Mail-Adresse, optionaler Name, Telefonnummer
- Nutzungsdaten: Wohneinheiten, Reinigungsaufträge, Statusmeldungen, Fotos, Notizen
- Technische Daten: IP-Adresse, Gerätetyp, Betriebssystemversion, App-Version
- Push-Benachrichtigungen: Geräte-Token (nur wenn vom Nutzer erlaubt)
3. Zweck der Datenverarbeitung
- Bereitstellung und Betrieb der tidevo-App
- Koordination zwischen Auftraggebern und Reinigungskräften
- Versand von Benachrichtigungen über Aufträge und Status
- Verwaltung von Abonnements und Testphasen
- Technische Sicherheit und Fehlerbehebung
Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung) sowie bei optionalen Diensten Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (Einwilligung).
4. Drittanbieter
Supabase (Datenbank & Authentifizierung)
Wir nutzen Supabase (Supabase Inc., Singapur) als Backend. Weitere Informationen: supabase.com/privacy
Expo / React Native
Push-Benachrichtigungen werden über den Expo Notification Service übermittelt. Weitere Informationen: expo.dev/privacy
Apple App Store / Google Play Store
Der Download der App erfolgt über die jeweiligen App-Stores. Apple und Google erheben dabei eigene Daten gemäß ihren Datenschutzrichtlinien.
5. Datenspeicherung und Löschung
Deine Daten werden so lange gespeichert, wie dein Konto aktiv ist. Nach Löschung deines Kontos werden deine Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen gelöscht, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.
Konto löschen: Um die Löschung deines Kontos und aller zugehörigen Daten zu beantragen, sende uns eine E-Mail an hello@tidevo.app mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen". Wir werden deinen Account innerhalb von 7 Werktagen entfernen.

7. Datensicherheit
Alle Daten werden verschlüsselt übertragen (HTTPS/TLS). Der Zugriff auf Nutzerdaten ist durch Row-Level Security (RLS) auf Datenbankebene geschützt.
8. Änderungen
Die aktuelle Version ist stets unter tidevo.app/datenschutz.html abrufbar.

2. Data We Collect
When using the tidevo app and website tidevo.app, the following data is processed:
- Registration data: Email address, optional name, phone number
- Usage data: Properties, cleaning orders, status updates, photos, notes
- Technical data: IP address, device type, OS version, app version
- Push notifications: Device token (only if permitted by the user)
3. Purpose of Processing
- Providing and operating the tidevo app
- Coordinating between property owners and cleaners
- Sending notifications about orders and status updates
- Managing subscriptions and trial periods
- Technical security and troubleshooting
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) and for optional services Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
4. Third-Party Services
Supabase (Database & Authentication)

Expo / React Native
Push notifications are delivered via the Expo Notification Service. More information: expo.dev/privacy
Apple App Store / Google Play Store
The app is distributed via the respective app stores. Apple and Google collect their own data according to their privacy policies.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is stored for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Delete your account: To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please send an email to hello@tidevo.app with the subject "Delete account". We will remove your account within 7 business days.

Nell'utilizzo dell'app tidevo e del sito tidevo.app vengono trattati i seguenti dati:
- Dati di registrazione: indirizzo e-mail, nome opzionale, numero di telefono
- Dati di utilizzo: unità abitative, incarichi di pulizia, aggiornamenti di stato, foto, note
- Dati tecnici: indirizzo IP, tipo di dispositivo, versione del sistema operativo, versione dell'app
- Notifiche push: token del dispositivo (solo se autorizzato dall'utente)
3. Finalità del trattamento
- Fornitura e gestione dell'app tidevo
- Coordinamento tra committenti e addetti alle pulizie
- Invio di notifiche sugli incarichi e sullo stato
- Gestione di abbonamenti e periodi di prova
- Sicurezza tecnica e risoluzione dei problemi
La base giuridica è l'art. 6, par. 1, lett. b) del RGPD (esecuzione del contratto) e, per i servizi opzionali, l'art. 6, par. 1, lett. a) del RGPD (consenso).

5. Conservazione e cancellazione dei dati
I tuoi dati vengono conservati per tutto il tempo in cui il tuo account è attivo. Dopo la cancellazione dell'account, i tuoi dati verranno eliminati entro 30 giorni, salvo obblighi di conservazione previsti dalla legge.
Eliminare l'account: Per richiedere la cancellazione del tuo account e di tutti i dati associati, invia un'e-mail a hello@tidevo.app con oggetto "Elimina account". Rimuoveremo il tuo account entro 7 giorni lavorativi.
